Calibr Studios is a digital studio based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through calibrstudios.com and through the tools we use to run work for our clients, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you book a call or contact us: name, email address, phone number, company and anything you write in the form.
• Usage data from this website: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through the Meta Pixel and similar analytics tags.
• For clients who connect their business accounts to us: data from those accounts, such as ad account settings and performance reports from Meta, which we access through Meta's APIs with the client's permission.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls and deliver the work you engage us for.
• To build, run and report on advertising campaigns for clients who have given us access to their accounts.
• To measure and improve our own website and our own advertising.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data from a client's accounts for any purpose other than that client's work.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate: scheduling, email, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta. Each processes data under its own terms. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our work together. Client account data is accessed while an engagement is active and is not kept after access is removed, except reports already delivered to the client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to any processing based on consent.

Data deletion

To delete your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email or phone number you used with us. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you connected a Facebook or Meta account to an app of ours, you can also remove the app under Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites in your Facebook account, and then send us the request above.
